5 Reasons why I LOVE Christmas

I love Christmas, obviously :) And these are my reasons for it.

The Magic

Sparkling lights, the big Santa Clause mistery, gifts found underneath the Christmas tree. Christmas is all about magic. And although the magic seems to disappear as get older in order to one day vanish into the thin year, this time of year is the moment when we can experience it once again :)

The Beauty

Everywhere you look, everything is beautiful. Sparkling lights (again :) I just love the light :)), decorations, smiling faces, gifts and gift wrappings.

My Cat

When Christmas comes my Cat is more adorable than usually. Although he is already 8 years old, he just loves Christmas just as much as I do :) He is so excited and enthusiastic. He runs around the house trying to everywhere in one second. He helps me with the decoration of Christmas tree (as I'm dressing one side, he is undressing the other :) ) and he helps in the kitchen (he has to taste everyting - he tries to save us from serving food that is not delicious, so every single thing has to go through his quality control :) ). And of course he helps with the cleaning, leaving his fur in all the already cleaned places. But what he loves the most is the unwrapping of gifts. Than he can play with all the ribbons and wrappings. And after the Christmas dinner we have to carry him upstairs, because he sleeps to tight to do it on his own :)

Being with people

This is the time of year when I can actually take as much time as I want to be with my family. I'm not saying, I dont spend time with them throughout the entire year, I do. But there is always something to do. And during Christmas I don't care about the work or anything else. I just enjoy my real free time.

Making people happy

I love receiving gifts. Well, who doesn't. But what I love even more is giving the gift and looking as the faces light up with joy and seeing people happy

Christmas Decorations

Hi girls :)

Obiecałam wam i oto jest - przegląd dekoracji świątecznych w moim domu. Na razie pokażę wam te pokoje, które znajdują się na piętrze. Parter jest jeszcze nie skończony :)

I promised it and here it is - a look at the Christmas decorations at my place. Today I will show you the rooms on the first floor. The groundfloor is not ready yet :)

W mojej sypialni królują dekoracje nawiązujące do dzieciństwa. Bo kto w tym czasie nie lubi poczuć się jak dziecko? :) Dekoracje tutaj muszą być przede wszystkim wygodne, ponieważ ten pokój to nie tylko miejsce odpoczynku, ale i pracy. Dlatego na biurku zdecydowałam się na malutką drewnianą choineczkę zakupioną w Obi. Przy łóżku postawiłam rzeźbioną świeczkę, a parawan oddzielający te dwie części pokoju ozdobiłam girlandą.

In my bedroom the decorations are inspired by childhood. Who does not want to feel like a child again in the Christmas season? :) In this room the decorations have to be comfortable. I don't only sleep in here, it's also the place where I work. Therefore I decided to put a small wooden Christmas tree on my desk. I bought it in Obi. My bedside is decorated with a sculptured candle. I also put a garland on the screen separating the two areas of the room.

My mom's room is full of red and norwegian style, which I personally adore :)

Natomiast moim ulubionym pokojem jest pokój dzienny. Na co dzień jest urządzony w kolorze szarym i fioletowym. W święta natomiast wypełnia go biel z fioletowymi 
akcentami uzupełniona o odrobinę szarości.

My favourife room is the livingroom. On everyday basis it's in grey and purple. Yet in the Christmas season it's full of white with some purple accents and a dash of grey.

Świąteczne inspiracje

Hej dziewczyny :)

Przygotowując się do świąt lubię wspominać jak to było rok, dwa, kilka lat temu. Dlatego chętnie oglądam zdjęcia, które wtedy zrobiłam. Dziś mam dla was mały kolaż ze zdjęć, do których najbardziej lubię wracać. Zostały one zrobione tuż przed świętami w Bydgoszczy i w Berlinie. Mam nadzieję, że się wam spodobają

Wczoraj spadł pierwszy w tym roku śnieg. Widok ten wprawił mnie w nastrój zimowo-świąteczny :) Zima nie jest moją ulubioną porą roku, ale grudzień to co innego :)

Last night we had this year's first snow. It made me feel so wintery-christmasy :) Winter is definitely not my favourite season, but December is something completely else :)

Grudzień to dla mnie magiczny czas i cudowna atmosfera. Uwielbiam przygotowania i oczekiwanie na Święta. 
W tym miesiącu na blogu, oprócz standardowych wpisów kosmetycznych, znajdzie się trochę inspiracji świątecznych, odrobinę przydatnych porad odnośnie przygotowań do Świąt i pomysłów na prezenty i wystrój wnętrza. Mam nadzieję, że posty będą dla was interesujące i inspirujące.

For me December means magical time and wonderful atmosphere. I love the prearations and waiting for Christmas.
